Founder
Precious Akpan — Digital Product Strategy & Business Growth
Precious Akpan is a Digital Product, Growth, and Innovation Leader with experience spanning media, nonprofit development, digital banking, and technology-driven organizations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy (First Class Honours) from the University of Lagos and an MBA with Distinction from San Francisco Bay University, where she also served as a Teaching Assistant supporting startup-focused programs and mentoring early-stage founders.
She is the winner of the Future Awards Africa Prize for Intrapreneurship (2023), recognized for driving innovation, growth, and meaningful change within organizations. Her work has focused on digital transformation, product-led growth, financial inclusion, and cross-sector collaboration — supporting the scaling of digital platforms and technology-enabled services.
Founder of Afriskill Innovate (est. 2023), she contributes to strengthening Africa’s digital talent pipeline and entrepreneurial ecosystem. She is also the voice behind “The Precious Akpan,” spotlighting #IntrapreneursWithAudacity, and an Institute of STEM Innovation and Excellence (ISIE) fellow.
